The Performance: The Tiger Lillies

In Dublin for three performances as part of the Dublin Theatre

Festival, The Tiger Lillies are a three-piece band with a difference.

They've been described as a 'cabaret act of the underworld', and have a

big international following, partly due to their role in the junk

opera, 'Shockheaded Peter'. They've also collaborated with the Kronos

Quartet. They consist of frontman, accordionist and falsetto Martyn

Jacques; drummer Adrian Huge - the man David Byrne described as 'James

Joyce on drums' - and bass player Adrian Stout.  There are three

performances only at Liberty Hall Theatre. On ?The View?, they perform

?Crack of Doom?.
